I Think You Look Good In A Colombian Necktie

Yeah, GMod's and the Pony's limitations are pretty apparent here. I tried my best, but it still looks pretty weird, I think.
In case it's not really clear from the picture, a Colombian Necktie is basically slashing someone's throat and then pulling their tongue through the open wound.

At any rate, I had this idea floating around since yesterday and just needed to get it out of my system.
